Two positions, both based in Jávea. We look for people who are organised, discreet and serious about building a club that belongs here for generations.

Part-time · On-site Jávea

Junior Operations Manager — DLV Club · Jávea

Work beside the founding team on the practical day-to-day of building the club: community, investors, dinners, suppliers and local coordination.

Scope

  • Founders community: pipeline, follow-up, documentation
  • Investors: cold email, introductions, follow-up
  • Dinners & events: invitations, RSVP, venues, logistics
  • Sponsorships & local suppliers
  • Ayuntamiento coordination & small office search
  • Web inquiries, emails and general operations support

Profile

Junior or early-career. Organised and discreet. Strong Spanish and English; Dutch, French or Valencian a plus. Proactive. Hospitality or sport knowledge valued; real estate or investment (promotion, funds, family office) a plus. Part-time 15–25 hours a week to start, with a path to more. Immediate start. Based in Jávea — not remote.

General Manager — DLV Club · Jávea

Lead the day-to-day of a year-round private sports and social club: member experience, programming, team and standards — reporting to the founder and board.

Scope

  • Overall club leadership and member experience
  • Oversight of F&B and sports programming
  • Building and leading the on-site team
  • Operations, service standards and daily rhythm
  • Local relationships — suppliers, partners, Ayuntamiento
  • Reports to the founder and board

Profile

Experience in clubs, hospitality or sports facilities valued. Full-time. Join during the build-up ahead of opening. Based in Jávea — not remote.
